    Data Connection to Admin Group

I currently have created a special Admin view on an InfoPath 2007 form. What I need to do is determine if the user opening the form is in the SharePoint site Administrators group and, if so, open the special admin view. I tried to create an Open Behavior rule (under Tools > Form Options > Open and Save) to see if the person is an admin. I figured I could create a data connection to the admin group and match the userName of the person opening the form to the group. Problem is I cant seem to create a data connection to the admin group. I was able to test the rule by creating a special admin contact list and connect to it, but I dont want to have to maintain theis list in addition to the admin group for the site. It would just be redundant. Is there another way around this.

    Hello,

Where did you create the Admin Contact List?
Did you create a Custom list for Admin group in Sharepoint? You can connect this Sharepoint list as a secondary data source to the form and Using UserRoles you can Switch Views.

Yes I created a contact list and put the admins into it. The problem is I now have the admins in this list AND in the regular site admins group. So it is redundant info. Also, because this form needs to be browser-compatible, I cannot use User Roles...they are not functional in a browser bassed form...as of this release of the beta anyway.
    Thanks.
