    Display Section after Option Selected

I have a form with 2 sections that I would like to have hidden when the form opens and then when the user chooses an option button the appropriate section displays. I can hide/unhide the sections correctly, but can not figure out how to have the sections inititally hidden when the form opens. Any tips would be appreciated.

    Hi Dean,

Bring up your Section Properties and click the Display tab. Click the Conditional Formatting button, and add a rule "option(your option button) is equal to "no"". Then select "Hide this Control" check box under Then apply this formatting:.

    Hope this helps.

    Do the below steps:-
1.Drag the two option buttons and two sections.
2.Set the "value when selected" of option buttons to "1".
3.Double click on sections and Go to the "Display" tab and click on it.
4.Click on "Conditinal formatting" and set condtion (when option buttons value is not equal to "1" , Hide this control).

    Thanks.

dlgross, since you already know how to enable the show hide, all you're missing is the default value. double click on the checkboxes and set the default value appropriately for the condition to have the section hidden when first loading this form. the actual value will depend on how you've setup your condition.
