Showing text as link in InfoPath form 2013

Hi I am creating a InfoPath form using InfoPath designer 2013. I am struck at a point where I am unable to make a url to show as text which can be clickable in the form once saved. How can I achieve this? Please suggest on this. thanks in advance.

Under the Insert tab, you can insert a hyperlink and use a field from the data source for the link and/or the display text. Does that do what you need?
