I have linked to the SOAP Web Service and some fields are populating correctly but the manager field always returns this: i:0#.f|membership|[email protected]. Can anyone explain to me how to return the Managers full name? This is O365 by the way and not on prem.

Hi - So, I would use the GetUserProfile method to return that info - I think you will have to set the account name to a substring-after result to get back just the email portion, but you could always try it with the full claims account, see what happens. Then run the query, and you should have what you need.
