I converted an InfoPath form to an InfoPath web form. Due to site restrictions, I could not get the GetUserProfileByName connection to work. (I gave the correlation ID to the SharePoint admin and they could not find the issue). However, I was able to get the information I needed (username/email/current user) to display on the SharePoint webpage through script editor. So, I am now trying to recreate the converted InfoPath web form in SharePoint. But I am having issues with the App builder / Site Columns. The the Drop-down Menus are limited, in InfoPath I could select a Display Name and store separate value. Is there a way to recreate this in SharePoint? I only see an option to enter the line choices but no display values. Thanks in advance.
