II require some assistance
Is there a way to do the following
1: Send Only a View Off Items That Need Approval to the people that's email addresses are inserted into the people picker
2: How do i only send a view or a click here button that takes the person to the workflow approval block not the entire SharePoint Page?
My form consists of three people pickers
1: Is the Owner Of the Project But Not necessarily the Creator of the form
Is there a way to send the form to the creator also perhaps better than my current format which is for the person to type out their email address and then a rule kicks of at submit to email that person via the email data connection
2: Is the Approver Of the Form the boss to the Project Owner
How do send and email to the person inserted this person only wants a view of he Approval Block From the Workflow this is a dynamic approver so its never the same person twice or i would have just created a group with specific names
3: Is the Owner of the Process this person must have a view of the form from the first submission but wants to be the final approver this person also requires only a view of the Approval Block and is also Dynamic as there is a group email set up for this area
