    Hi Kogane,
You can write code to compose the xhtml which is used by the rich text control but it's a lot of work and error prone. I need to understand your scenario. One other idea is to concatenate a bunch of read-only expressions boxes together and use conditional formatting to draw viewer's attention to them. That would be a good solution if you have some summary that you change based on state, or if you are using the form as a template for a contract, for example.

Re: RTF CONTROL IN INFOPATH 2007

    Thank you.
I have word document template for kind of certificate.
I have to give users ability to enter text fields with movie names, company names etc.
After that I put this information inside view and print it.
    I have 2 problems:
    1. If I use rtf and concatenate all fields I have good layout but cannot use font managment.
    2. If I use bunch of boxes I can change fonts but some rows would be
half empty (in case for ex I have long company name)

Do not know which way to go

    Thanks Eugene Kogan

Ah, in this case what you should do it wrap the text boxes inside sections and then conditionally hide the sections if there is no content in that particular text box. With sections you can eliminate the carriage returns by making them 100% width but part of the same "paragraph" so to speak. They will all appear on separate lines, but when hidden the space will close up.

One other thing, if you have text boxes adjacent to other text or each other you should set their width to "Auto". This will cause them to collapse to zero if empty or to fit the exact size of the contents. Lastly, clicking the align button for a control will update the padding/margins to get the text in the control to align with the adjacent text of same formatting.
