Hello I am trying to do a cascading drop down and the fields are Department and Job Title If the user selects Finance then Job Title should be Account If they select Operations it should be Business Partner If they select HR Shared Services it should be Administrator. It works fine, problem is the Department is showing as the ID and not the names, can you help please? Tried a couple of things but not had any success

Hi - what do you mean department is showing as ID? Do you mean in the dropdown itself? Is the Department a lookup in your Job Title list?
