We use SharePoint to complete a form that emails a department once the form is submitted.

We need to copy details of the form on to our system, in the form of notes on a customers account.

Once the form is completed but not submitted you cannot copy all of the inputted text on the form.

Is there a way around this or even better could I create a pop up that can be copied and pasted with certain information from the fields on.

This would reduce duplication of data an improve accuracy!

(I have had the suggestion of it also emailing the data to the person that submits the form but this would heavily impact email bandwidth so is not a option)

 Add a field that uses as a default the concatenated values you want to be able to copy, maybe? Make it read only & put it on the form or on its own view, or in a section that displays at a certain status? See attached sample, save locally, right click & select design to open in design mode & then you can preview.
