Problems with Permissions when other People try opening my InfoPath File

    Hi all,

I've created an InfoPath document which I'm using as a checklist for other people to follow. I am not using the submit function or passing any information to any database or other software. The idea is to use it just like a spreadsheet, where the user would open up a blank version and then fill out and save as he/she goes along.

However, I am having a number of issues relating to permissions when some people in my organisation open from another network. Is there a way to de-activate all permission settings or something, to allow the InfoPath file just to be used as a normal document which can be opened and saved by different users?

Works slightly better when I save as a .XSN file but still causes me some issues.

    Many thanks,

    Jule

You may not have published the template. Where do people open the form from? What types of issues are you seeing? You can attach screenshots under the options tab - either one where you've pasted all the errors, or you can add several posts with one screenshot per post (warning - if you post more than one time per minute, the SPAM filters will put your posts in the moderation queue). :)
