    Saving completed form as PDF

    Good Day!

I am testing a new Personal Action Form created for our HR Department.  When they complete a PAF form, they must save it in PDF format.  When I attempted to do this, the PDF cuts off the right side and bottom of the form.  The bottom of the form has digital signatures on it that have not yet been formatted, but it cuts off the all but the original signature.  A second page was printed, but it printed blank, the rest of the signature lines were not on it.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I've had issues with IP 2013 cutting things off where IP 2010 would not. I'd just copy the entire view into another view (so you can try different approaches without causing any issues with the form as it is) and start making the layout narrower. That's what finally worked for a form of mine that was being obnoxious about margins.

Re: Saving completed form as PDF

     Hi,

We found that when a user changes the size of the text for the on-screen display resolution, in Internet Explorer 10 and 11, it affects how the PDF is generated in Infopath. It is truncated to the right. I tested a solution to change all the position of fields to be defined with something other than pixels, but this solution did not resolve anything. In the meantime, have you found a solution to this problem?

    Thank's

    Sylvie
