How to delete text if selecting 'no' in option button

Hi, Please see the following screenshot of the form I try to create: http://imgur.com/a/NcOwe I would like only the question and the two option buttons to be present. If then selecting 'Yes', the text with the link + the attach button should pop-up. Can anyone help with this? :-) /Christopher

Put the text with the link and attachment control inside a section. Add conditional formatting to the section to hide unless question 1 has "yes" for an answer.
