InfoPath Dev

I am working with InfoPath 2010 and sharePoint 2013 I have 2 questions and I am not very familiar with InfoPath. I have a list built in SharePoint where I have Title in 1 column Reviewer in column 2 and secondary reviewer in column 3 In my InfoPath form I have have a dropdown box where you pick the Title and I want another box(people picker) to populate with the reviewers name from column 2. Eventually I will want to email the form to that reviewer. I have to use Acount ID and not display name due to exchange issues. Question#2 I have a repeating table in this same form. Seems to work foine but only the 1st table posts to the Sharepoint Library. How do I get all the info entered into the library from all of the tables Thanks in advance

To promote repeating data to SharePoint libraries, you need to use the "merge" option when promoting the field. You will likely need to add a rule to the dropdown where you pick Title to set the account id and display name fields in the people picker. Is your Reviewer / Secondary Reviewer column in your SharePoint list a person type?

 My reviewers are listed as a person or group. Most of this is well past my abilities so any help you can provide is most appreciated! Let me know what I can provide to assist.

I need the entire template (XSN), not just the manifest (XSF). If you have the manifest open in design mode, use File > save as to save the form files as a template again.

You are so close! Right now you are only setting the DisplayName in your people picker in group 1 - you need to set the account id too. Try the attached copy - save the file locally, right click and select Design - from there you can preview. If the people picker doesn't get set when you pick a station, let me know and I'll get you some troubleshooting steps, ok?

 That's kind of where I have been I get this value (Jones,, Ryan,#,#661,#SR Analyst-Network PLNG) and I don't think I need the part after Ryan??

 

But I think I have a few problems with the form

1. I get this error when opening:  The SOAP response indicates that an error occurred on the server:

Exception of type 'Microsoft.SharePoint.SoapServer.SoapServerException' was thrown.
<detail><errorstring xmlns="Group'>http://schemas.microsoft.com/sharepoint/soap/">Group cannot be found.</errorstring><errorcode xmlns="0x80131600http://schemas.microsoft.com/sharepoint/soap/">0x80131600</errorcode></detail> 

2. I get an error in the submitted by field

3. I still do not know what to do with the display in sharepoint when I have multiple entries in the form. 

 I hope this is not a hopeless case!
