I have an existing Infopath form connected to a SharePoint Library. It is not a content type. Whenever I edit the form in any way and republish certain fields become Read Only in Sharepoint. I am having to use SharePoint Manager and change them to editable to allow workflows to work. This is getting rather old and I know there is a reason but after lots of searching I haven't found anything. This isn't the first time this has happened. Oh, and my form is set to Versioning On with Updating the template and existing forms. I know it must be something simple I am missing.
