InfoPath Dev

 Hello ,

I am regularly using InfoPath 2007 form on our company's sharepoint site.  Recently my computer was upgraded with Office 365 . With this new installation Microsoft InfoPath 2007 is removed and Microsoft InfoPath2013  is installed on my computer.

Now when I am trying to open InfoPath 2007 from sharepoint - I am not able to do so. Instead of the form what I see lot of text in XML format.

Does it mean that I cannot use 2007 forms in 2013 version of InfoPath ?  Or do I need to do some change in InfoPath 2013 configuration ??

 Our company is going the same way. We are deciding on whether to go with O365 w/Office 2010 or Office 2016.

I am thinking that the InfoPath 2013 would be compatible with your SharePoint, however, I am wondering if you can open an 2007 InfoPath form in 2013 and convert it.
