Form works in InfoPath but Not SharePoint

I created a small test form for pulling in the current users information.

    • I created a data connection receiving information from UserProfile web service in SharePoint. https://portal.company.com/_vti_bin/UserProfileService.asmx?WSDL
    • Once the data connection was created I added a field to the form called EmpName
    • I entered the properties of the field and using the Insert Formula I created the following default value Value[Name = "PreferredName"]
    • I then tested the form and it pulled in the name of the current user.
    • I then published the form as a new content type to our Site Collection Forms library and opened it from SharePoint
    • The form fails to open and I get the following error in the SharePoint Error log...
      • The following query failed: GetMyInfo (User: 0#.w|calnettech\spcrawl, Form Name: TAW.v3.06, IP: , Connection Target: , Request: https://portal.company.com/codocuments/SiteAssets/TAW Form.aspx, Form ID: urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:infopath:TAW-v3-06:-dataFormSolution Type: DataAdapterException, Exception Message: The response to the web service request is not a valid XML file.
      • For security reasons DTD is prohibited in this XML document. To enable DTD processing set the DtdProcessing property on XmlReaderSettings to Parse and pass the settings into XmlReader.Create method.)

What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it?

I am using SharePoint 2013 with Claims Based Authentication and InfoPath 2013.  I followed the directions in this short blog on how us auto populate field in InfoPath.
