I built a simple form to submit overtime requests. This methodology, and form structure allows only a single overtime submission, on an individual form, for an individual person. The form itself works great, but now the requirements have changed. We need to have a "grid view" which will show ALL submissions for all staff which have not been completed, and the ability to mark each one "paid", which will update the status field for each record. The problem as I see it, is that the main data source on the current form is not repeating, as it wasn't needed. If I create a new view on the form to try to do this, I can't see how to update each record with a button or other control.
I can use a secondary data source to show all the records just fine on that form, but I don't see how I can update them.
Is this possible? Or do I somehow need to create another NEW form to do this?
