Hi, what could be the best and easy way to setup a column format for a single line of text field like below, to use a data entry pattern rule using a formating rule or data validation and how to configure it?

Where the /, - and W are pre-defined placeholders in the string, so, when the user starts typing, all values will populated appropriately following that format. The x on the string could be letters or numbers.
How to use the data validation or should I use data entry pattern? what could be the solution format to that?
