Infopath 2007 migrated forms to new domain QDabra Rules not working

I recently migrated some InfoPath forms from a SharePoint 2007 environment in one domain to a SharePoint 2013 environment in a different domain. I have gotten all of the data connections to work, I just can't seem to get the QDabra rules to work. I have Qdabra Rules 7.1. I believe the original rules were written in Qdabra Rules 4.1. Can anybody help me? Thanks,

Can you give me some details on what commands you are using & what's happening? Browser or filler forms?

Filler Forms, and I have to apologize in advance, I am not very knowledgeable about either Qdabra or InfoPath. I inherited it. The rules are very simple from what I can see, for example, on the default view, we have a start report button that has 3 different rules:1. check to ensure Incident # is not blank, 2. incident# does not already exist and 3. if bot of these criteria are met, it is supposed to switch the view to a fillable form.

Okay - so, in this form, I'm guessing it is not switching views? What we are looking for is rules that set the QdabraRules "Command" node - of those three rules, are any setting the Command node? If so, what is it being set to? The QdabraRules data source also has an error node - you can put that on the form to see if a command is failing and why.
