By default in sp2010, when a new library get created you will see "+add new item" on the bottom of the library allowing new docs to be added to the lib.
By default in SP2013, instead of having "+add new item" you see + new document sitting on top of the library. The question is when an infopath form published and submitted.
to a sp2013 libraries, why most libs have the new document links and a few has the old (sp2010) style "+add new item"? What made the 2 libraries different in the same sp2013 and how to correct it?
