Update many items in a column at once or individually

    I have this issue:
    to simplify -
I have 5 orders I have 5 items that have varying prices and I have 5 customers. Not all customers sell these items. I also have different shipping addresses and customer contacts based on order numbers. Users can update pricing, contacts and shipping info.
I want a way for the user to update contact info as a group or pricing individually. I actually have 200k + rows of data.

    Example for order number 111
Change contact 'Bill A' to 'William G' And shipto to '345 Center' (in all columns at one time) and price for item d to .90

What is the best way to achieve this?

    Any help is appreciated

    Hi Aardvark,

I understand you would like to update items from a table with a large amount of data. May I know what kind of database and/or webservices are you using? You may want to check out Qdabra's DBXL if you are working with 200k items. Via DBXL web services, we can create a dashboard to query items based on a filter, and update the documents using EditDocuments web service operation.
