Simple form 

When posting to SharePoint forms lib I get error below.

 The error is a validation error that states a field (my:VENDOR) needs to be filled out. Is that field on the form someplace for the user to fill out?

There is a vendor field. It is a lookup from a SharePoint list. Seems to be working fine but throws error. Any ideas?

PS Are you interested in some freelance InfoPath work?

 Your screenshot shows a field named "Vendor". The error shows a field named VENDOR. Since XML is case sensitive, these are two different fields. If you look in your form's data source in design mode, are you able to find the VENDOR field?

Thank you! I found an extra vendor field that had not been deleted.
