Hi,


I am getting an error when trying to add new item into a custom info path forms list library. I am dynamically getting the details of the user from sharepoint user profile using SOAP web services (http://siteurl/_vti_bin/userprofileservice.asmx).


I have tried the below mentioned workarounds to get this issue sorted out. But was not successful.



1. Since InfoPath forms is of claims type, Have created a secure store ID to get the credentials set through this ID. --- unsuccessful.


2. Have converted the connection file to BDC file. But was not successful






Please help me in getting this resolved.

Hi - I see a correlation ID in the error - have you checked the SharePoint logs for additional details on the error?

Can you please help me out resolve this issue.

 Hi,

 You should create a site with a short url on SharePoint http://servername:port/ on the same port where your first site exist on the web application.
