InfoPath Dev

Hello All,

 I am completely new to InfoPath world, have a Question for you all.

 I have  4 tables in SQL server, that are linked to each other, now I have created a form that displays data from one of the table. Issue is I see the Submit option disabled for the Form as I have added 4 tables to the Form in datasource, it says due to one to Many relation in data source this option is disabled.

Could some one help me out to progress on this.

 One to many should be okay for submit - check the bottom of this page for the requirements for submitting to a DB, while it was written for Access, I think the same applies to SQL.
