InfoPath Dev

Hi, Dummy in InfoPath; need help! I have successfully created a form in InfoPath and trying to publish the form. As I progress though the Publishing Wizard -> entered the location of the SharePoint -> chose "Form Library" -> "Create a new form library" -> typed in the name and when I hit "Next", it shows connecting to the link and immediately the "Site Content Type Columns - Getting site content type columns.." pops up and nothing happens next. Need help in figuring out if I have missed something or what needs to be done on SharePoint? I am not the Share Point admin; however permission to the specific location when I want to store the form. What next? Thank you for your time & help!!

 Also, login to the SharePoint site before you publish the form and see if that resolves your issue.
