InfoPath 2013 Migration Issue - Edit in InfoPath menu option missing

I've recently upgraded to SharePoint/IP 2013 and have a question.  Prior to the upgrade from SharePoint 2010, the dropdown menu list next to each IP form in the form library contained an option to "Edit in InfoPath".  This menu option is no longer available after the upgrade. I do, however, see "Edit in Browser", which is not helpful since my IP form is not browser-enabled and not browser-compliant. Any idea how I can get the "Edit in InfoPath" menu option back?  Is there a SharePoint or InfoPath setting that was changed during the upgrade? I am publishing the IP 2013 template to a 2013 SharePoint library.  The template's form compatibility option is set to "InfoPath 2010 Filler Form".  Any help would be appreciated.

Is there an option that just says "edit"? You may need to make sure the library is set to open in the filler (under advanced in the library settings).

Under Advanced Settings at the library level, I have the "Opening Documents in the Browser" setting set to "Open in the client application".

The options available on the menu are: View Properties, Edit Properties, Edit in Browser, Check Out, Version History, Compliance Details, Workflows, Download a Copy, Shared With, Delete.

Is the display of the "Edit in InfoPath" menu item only controlled by a list setting, or could some other setting be interfering?  Is there anything in the IP template itself that comes into play?
