Is there a way to format my form so that it has the same page settings as a Microsoft word document with 1" margins? 

Hello Jack,

There is no, however by using layout tables you could design a form that fit into that layout. I would create a test form with a grid that indicates the size of the boxes, and preview and test. My guess is that they total page size is around 700px.
