Is there a cleaner way to create what's in the attached IP form?  When displaying in print view, I don't like the space between the default value HQAMC and the second repeating table.  I created two repeating tables with a checkbox in the first to display all organizations (the first repeating table) but when it is not necessary to insert all organizations, I need to ability to only add the applicable organizations, hide the first repeating table and display the second.  HQAMC is the default value in both scenarios.

Additionally, how can I use the filter option on the second repeating table to filter the items from the DDLB of the previous row?  I also need to remove the underline from the selected item in the form's print preview.
