InfoPath Dev

I'm new to both SharePoint and Infopath, so this may be an easy question.

I'm trying to use InfoPath to create a form that saves to a SharePoint document library.  I created the form in InfoPath, but when I attempt to submit it, I receive the error below.

InfoPath cannot submit the form.
An error occurred while the form was being submitted.
The form cannot be submitted to the following location: http://oursharepointURL/Firewall Request Form.xml
The site may be offline, read-only, or otherwise unavailable.
Access is denied.

I have full control permissions on that document library.  Am I missing something easy?  It is because I'm using 2013 InfoPath and 2007 SharePoint?  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

From the issue description you have provided above, the first thing I would check is the form name. Are you submitting a unique form name every time? However, the issue could also be one of many things so I am going to ask if your form has already been published to a SharePoint library. If so, then getting the correlation ID error and cross checking it against the SharePoint logs could probably give you a more specific error message which is really helpful most of the time.
