I was wondering if I could get help in the form
submission/workflow process in the following scenario.
Scenario: I am the Health Director of HR and want to view my
employee’s health screenings. At the same time, I want the employees to see
their personal health screenings without seeing the other individuals who
participated at the same time. These screens occur 8 times a day, with about 20
people per screening. I want the ability to quickly add multiple employees
without having to retype the heading information multiple times.
I was looking at the InfoPath Meeting Agenda Template. My question comes from
the repeating section for attendees. Say I enter the employee name, email, (and
add a column for weight and blood pressure and whatever else). On submit, I want
to submit to a forms library that the Health Director will have access to. At
the same time, can I have it submit to another individual library where it will
grab the heading information (Heading Information: title, organizer, location,
date, objective) and unique name attendee value to store at another library? Would it be a workflow to loop through the records to grab each individual attendee with the heading information? Is this even possible?
This is the most generalized question for what I am
attempting to do. Disclosure - I am not a Health Director. We do not have
access to sharepoint designer. And probably cannot install any predesigned 3rd
party applications.
