I want to add and attachment (word document) to a InfoPath form, once the end user submit, the attachment is store in a SP library, the attachment should have a unique ID so when file is called upon again in the future it can easily be found.

Have you done this before or is it possible?

You can do this with qRules or with custom code - I'm afraid there is no way out of the box to do this with Infoath
