Hi all,
we are using an infopath form to collect approvals for certain documents in my company. The person that requests these approvals screates a form which gets submitted into a sharepoint library. I am administering the form template and the library. Recently we had a few issues:
1. After an upadte of the form it lost connection with the library and all old files could not get the data for the columns from InfoPath. then we need to relink each file to the template, which takes a lot of time just clicking on tick boxes.
2. When a new form is submited it cannot be open in the bowser. It gets fixed by relinking the form to template. This issus is only happening to few people and I am one of them.
could you give a suggestion how we can avoid the first issue and how to fix the second.
