Hi - So, I think you are saying that you are having an error with the qRules Injector.
Sometimes if qRules has not been installed as admin, you will have errors when opening from the Start menu shortcut for the first time.
Navigate to the install folder - generally C:\Program Files (x86)\Qdabra Software\Qdabra Rules Library or C:\Program Files\Qdabra Software\Qdabra Rules Library - right click on the injector (QdabraRulesInjector.exe) and select Run as admin. After it runs as admin one time, you should be able to use it from the Windows start menu. If I have misunderstood your question, let me know.
