Inserting a new line to a repeated table by using a commandbutton

I have a userform in Infopath 2013, where users notice what they have done.

By inserting a new line to a repeated table, their user name and the date are filled automatically. In another field they can write a notice.

On the other side there are several predefined actions.

What I want to do is that by clicking a button a new line is being inserted and filled with information.

Using rules seems to fail, because I only can set a field’s value but not add another value in a repeating table.

I don’t want to use code in my form.

Do you have any ideas to solve this problem?

    Thanks a lot

    Hi Jürgen,

Unfortunately this is one of InfoPath's limitations, therefore not possible without code. If you wish to avoid writing code, you might want to try qRules' Insert and SetValue commands. The Insert command lets you insert a row onto a repeating table, while SetValue allows you to populate the inserted row's fields with any data desired.
