So - your Dup 2 rule is comparing on CrewMem3? And it is doesn't turn the font red when there is a match? Your Conf condition isn't true in that instance, is it? Conditional formatting is applied in the order listed. Try moving Dup 2 up as the top condition. What we are doing here is testing the condition individually to see if it works. You can also change the fields pane to "Show Advanced view" and drag the data fields from your secondary data connection onto the form to see if the data values are what you'd expect.
