There a way to send data from a repeating table to a SharePoint list? I stored in a form library and list content of the repeating table.

There are several ways to submit repeating data to a SharePoint list, and here is one guide using CAML approach. But if you would like to avoid writing code, you may want to check out qRules' SubmitToSharePointList command, and here's a short video.
