    Dynamically Add Multi-level Checkboxes

I have a list that has two columns, Area and Sub-Area. In essence, it's set up sort of like State - City, so the table would have entries like: California, Anaheim California, Sacramento Tennessee, Memphis What I would like to do is put checkboxes in a section where each area would be represented by a column, with the top checkbox in each column being a "select all" for the area, and then below that, each subarea would have a checkbox of its own. The issue I have is that the areas are subject to change so I'd like to have these columns populated dynamically based on the list data. I've been coding other functionality in the form in C#, but I'm very unfamiliar with InfoPath/SharePoint so I'm at a loss as to where to begin with this one. Any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks, Steve
