I have an expense report form. I want two signatures on the form. Employee and Supervisor. I want the employee to be able to sign the main section with the listed expenses, and the supervisor to sign the main section and the employees signature with one signature of his own, or at least I would like his signature to represent that. I want the employee to be able to change things after they sign it in case they make a mistake and then they have to resign it after corrections. But, once the supervisor signs, nothing can be changed on the form unless the supervisor retracts his signature. Which plan should I use to best achieve this final result?
Right now, I have three sections. Main, employee and Supervisor. The employee section is set to be signed by employee, and it's signature is supposed to sign the main section. The supervisor section is set to sign the employee section, but I cannot get it to sign the main section as well or at least be represented as that. So there is a lot that I don't understand, but to me, what i want should be simple, but it isn't for me.
