Two questions
1. I have a SharePoint list containing the data I want to look up. In my InfoPath form, I created a Drop Down List box where the entries are Look-up values from the external SharePoint List. I am now seeing SOME of the values from SharePoint list in my drop down list but not all. Is there something that would keep all of the values in my SharePoint list from being available in my drop down list in InfoPath.
2. What I would like to have happen is, when a value is selected in the drop down list box for one of the fields in InfoPath, a second field is pouplated with a second value from the SharePoint list. How can I do this using rules?
Drop Down List Box is COUNTRY
Second InfoPath field I would like populated when a COUNTRY is selected, is REGION. Both Country and Region appear in the SharePoint external data source.
