As above, can you wrap text within a multi selection box? If your display value is too long you get the dreadful horizontal scrollbar.

I recommend refactoring the multi-select into a repeating table with dropdowns and checkboxes or something like that.
Thanks, I'll check that out. I've ended up using the options control unless absolutely necessary. Yet this may have to change.
