Removing the time from a last modified date stamp

    Hi,

Sorry if this information is posted somewhere, I'm very new to infopath and get a little confused reading a little above my understanding... Anyway, I have a form that I am pulling data off of a sharepoint list and in that form I have a field that is supposed to show the date of the last modification to the file. I can do this, but it always shows up like this YYYY-MM-DDT00:00:00. I want to know if there is a way for me to remove the time and just leave the day. Thank you very much!

If it's multiple rows of values, the best option may be to show the value in a Calculated Value Box and use the expression:

    substring(Field, 1, 10)

Where Field is the field in question.

I tried that and the feild just comes up blank, I'm sure the fault lies with me but it doesnt work none the less.

In addition, the field that shows the username of the last person who modified the list item has 2 comma's inbetween the first and last name....any idea how to make that only 1 comma?
