    Submit with attachments

I guess I have multiple issues here. To begin I only have access to sharepoint 2010 and access 2007. I need to allow the use of attachments ony my form, but when trying to submit to access it will not let me because of a longbinary issue. I have read some posts about how to do this but they are no where near being in lamens terms. I would also be willing to save form data to sharepoint, but I am not sure how to save attachments to sharepoint either.

    Thanks,

    Jason

     Hi Jason,

If you'd like to submit a form with attachments to sharepoint all you would have to do is create a form with a File Attachment object and submit button.

Then Add a Data Connection that Submits Data. Select the To a Document library on a SharePoint Site option.  Enter the Path for your SharePoint Library in the Document Library Field (e.g http://au.formsboard.com/MyDesiredLibrary)

Then add an action Rule to your submit button that Submits Data. Select the Data Connection that you created to your SharePoint Library and that's pretty much it. After adding an attachment and clicking the submit button the form data should be saved in your sharepoint library.

     Hope that helps,
