Dear community, I hope you're all doing well and I hope this season is bringing you great things. The reason of this post is to seek help with something might be very easy for some of you to solve, as I'm not IT literate. I am trying to create an invoice form to send a monthly bill to my subscribed clients using an Infopath form linked to a Sharepoint Library that lives in Sharepoint Online. In my design I created a Sharepoint list - in the same site as my library - with all the contact info related to the clients I want to invoice. I've been looking for a way to link a section of my form to this list, so basically when I lookup for a client name I can gather the rest of the info automatically without retyping. For this I created a lookup field that is linked to the sharepoint list (which works perfect) and several calculated fields that are related to each of the fields I want to display from the client list. The steps I've been following can be found on this link: http://amanda.brainspire.com/2013/09/how-to-pull-in-sharepoint-lookup.html . However, when I run the design checker I get this Error:
"Error: Binding a non repeating control to a repeating field or group is not supported in Web browser forms. To fix this problem remove or replace it with a repeating control such as repeating section or table."
Does any of you know how to circumvent this problem? So far I've looked into creating the form from a Sharepoint list which allows this type of lookup options, however this type of forms prevent me from creating repeating tables which I need in order to add items to my invoice. I'm open to suggestions!!! And by the way I'm new to all this, including IT!! Any non-coding approach will be of huge help :)
