Can multiple List Libraries (of identical structure) use a centrally published InfoPath form ?

    I am using SharePoint 2010.

I have calander list.  I want to improve the UI for the calendar with InfoPath.

I then want to create a template based on that calendar and re-use the InfoPath form I have created.  Again that works.

But if at a later date, I want to make a change to the form I have to go to each list and change the form on each list.... this could be 20-30 forms.

Is it possible to publish a list form centrally as you can with library forms ?

    Thank you

    Catharine

    Catharine,

I've only been using InfoPath 2013 but from what I understand it is very similar to 2010. What you're looking for is to publish the form as a content type. This allows it to be reused throughout the site collection (if saved to the site collection content types). If saved to a site content type it will only be available on that site.

    Hope this helps.
