The easiest way is to have extra text boxes and either hide them with rules or add them to a section and hide the section with a rule or show the new fields on subsequent views. The labels to the human eye are the same, but the field names are different.
1. You'll text boxes for the CurrentUser which is set on form load as you're doing. These are 3 fields only for the current user. They don't actually keep any data.
Then on a submit button, you'll need to set a rule which sets field values for 3 alternative text boxes i.e. 1stEmployeeFN, 1stEmployeeLN and 1stDesignation. (Personally unless required, I prefer to use the PreferredName option with the GetUserProfileByName not FirstName,LastName). These equal your "current user values" i.e who is looking at the form now and they are not refreshed when the form is recalculated.
You'll also need to set another rule on another field, so that you can show or hide these these new fields.
Normally I only ever have to record name/date and time stamp about 4 times at most within a form. If you do it more than that, it can be done, but I don't think it looks very nice especially if you're wanting to present a summary view of names dates and times as a summary view sort of thing.
