I created 2 InfoPath 2010 Forms that run queries on Access databases and are submitted to email. When I initially published the forms to a network location, I was able to open and submit the forms. About 30 minutes later, I was only able to open one of the forms. When I attempted to open the other form, I received the error: "This form cannot be opened because it requires the domain permission level and it currently has restricted permission. to fix this problem, open the form from the location it was published to. Published location: file:///\\<DFS path to file>. Sometimes, republishing the form helps; other times it does not. I verified that the forms are being published with "Domain Permission Level". I have not found a pattern in when re-publishing works and when it does not.
Because this file resides on the network, it can be accessed by multiple users. Some can open the file; others cannot. On one of the forms, I was able to open the form when another user was not. We have tried clearing the InfoPath caches before opening the forms.
