Good Morning,
I am trying to create an InfoPath 2013 form in a SharePoint Online environment that does the following things:
1. Auto-populates a field with the current user's informations
2. Hides sections based on the current user's group membership or if they are listed in a SharePoint list
Normally to accomplish this type of functionality I would use the GetUserProfile web service. However, Microsoft apparently has prevented any web services from being used in a SharePoint online environment. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2674193/en-us Does anyone have any idea of some sort of workaround for this? I am also having problems creating cascading drop down lists which I suspect may be related to the same limitations MS has put in place. Help! Thanks in advance.
