I installed Qdabra 4.3 and it seemed to work. However, when installing the sample forms by dragging them on to the file entitled FormsInstaller, I get a long Class Not Registered error. Any suggestions?

I get the same error when I try to install the forms using command line (running as administrator).

Here is the exact error

Close all open instances of InfoPath - you may need to check the task manager to make sure there are no running process that you can't see.

I rebooted the PC and tried the install without running Infopath. Same error. I then tried closing any boot-up programs normally running. Same error.

Which version of InfoPath is installed on the machine?

I just downloaded it, so 4.3. The Injector says 4.3.4738.26423

Oh, sorry.....InfoPath 2010, 32-bit.

Had you been using 4.2 before? Where you used the install.js to install the form? I could send you the old install / uninstall scripts so you could try those instead.

I was using 4.2 previously and I would be happy to try the scripts.

 I'm getting the exact same error when trying to install the forms. Product version is 5.1.4913.15987 (downloaded today). I'm running Windows 8 64-bit and InfoPath 2010 64-bit. Is Qdabra 5.1 compatible with Windows 8?

Yes, qRules 5.1 is compatible with Windows 8. I am assuming that you have closed all InfoPath forms upon installing qRules since you are reading this thread, but please do check the Task Manager to make sure there are no running process you can't see.
