    Dynamically populate a drop-down list (InfoPath 2007)

I think this has been answered here but for newer versions of InfoPath.

Designing a form using InfoPath 2007 and Access 2007. An Access query is the secondary datasource for a drop-down box. Output is just an XML file. Plain forms, not browser-enabled.

By drop-down works fine unfiltered (but I have a lot of entries). I want to filter the list depending on the value of another field in the form (also a drop-down). Both fields are part of a repeating section.

When I ask InfoPath to filter the second drop-down box list to give only values starting with the characters in the first field, the filter works, but remains in place for all subsequent repeats as the repeating section is duplicated - no matter what I enter into the first field on subsequent repeats.

Is there a way to force re-evaluation of the filter every time the repeating section gets repeated?

    Thanks
