I have a list in Sharepoint containing employee information. I have created an approval workflow and now need to customise the approval form. I want the form to show the employee's name and any attachments attached to that list item.
I've got as far as creating the data connection but when I add the data field it shows as a repeating table and I don't want the whole list to appear here, just the name and attachment of that particular list item.
How do I do this please?
